Our Programmes

There's a place here for wherever you are

R.U.N. Our Space steps in when crisis support ends. We're not here for the emergency — we're here for everything that comes after. The rebuilding. The reconnecting. The working out who you are now.

We run three programmes. They're different in what they offer, but they share the same foundation: peer-led, women-only, and built around you.

    We Are More

Come as you are. Leave feeling less alone.

A regular group meet-up for women — a place to connect, create, and breathe. Whether you want to talk or just be around others who get it, you're welcome here. Sessions include emotional support, arts and crafts, creative writing, music, and personal development. No pressure. No agenda. Just a warm space with women who understand.

    Every 1st & 3rd Monday of the month, 11am–1pm
Destination Zone, Bromsgrove High Street, B61 8ES

    Drop-in. No referral needed.

    Just turn up. You're welcome.

    Journey After

    One-to-one support built around you.

Sometimes group support isn't what you need — or you need something more. Journey After offers tailored individual support: advocacy, help with training, career and education progression, volunteering and job opportunities, and our 'This Woman's World' taster sessions.

This programme is accessed by referral — either through a professional or by getting in touch with us directly.

    Women Who Lead

For women ready to give back — or step up.

If you're at a point where you want to do something — start a community project, build something, connect with others doing the same — Women Who Lead is for you. We support women-led grassroots projects with networking, help setting up a CIC, identifying local provision, and collective collaboration.
