    How to Get Support

Taking the First Step Can Feel Difficult. We Make It Simple.

Reaching out can feel like the hardest part. Here's what happens next.

    Step 1

    Contact Us

Send us an email or speak to a professional who can refer you. You don't need to have everything figured out. Just take the first step.

    Step 2

    We Get Back to You

We'll respond personally and arrange a time to talk. This might be a friendly phone call, a conversation at one of our community locations, or guidance on attending We Are More. There is no pressure. Just support.

    Step 3

    We Meet & Plan Together

We'll listen to your story and explore what feels right for you. This could mean joining We Are More, accessing one-to-one support through Journey After, or exploring education, volunteering, or advocacy pathways. We move at your pace.
